Buy Brockton

BuyBrockton is a public/private partnership between the City of Brockton, Brockton Housing Partnership, and local business who are working together to promote homeownership in the great City of Brockton.

The intent is to introduce prospective homebuyers to all that Brockton has to offer if you LIVE, WORK, SHOP or PLAY in Brockton.

Local business have partnered to offer valuable incentives if you buy in Brockton. Some non-profits have available funding to assist with your Brockton purchase and several local Brockton businesses are offering down payment or closing assistance to employees who buy in Brockton.

Equally important is the goal of the partnerships: to offer safe, affordable and sustainable homeownership opportunities through affordable mortgage products. Most notable is the BuyBrockton Mortgage Program.

Through a group of participating partner lenders, the BuyBrockton Mortgage Program offers financing up to 100% of the purchase price at a below-market fixed-rate for one unit properties being sold as a result of foreclosure, short sale or deed-in-lieu of foreclosure in the City of Brockton.
