Our ongoing strategy development includes:

• Work with Brockton-based businesses to expand or retain their employment and investment in the community. Provide special attention to economic development in the city core.
• Encourage the development and investment in unused or underutilized property in Brockton, especially in the less developed or more economic challenging portions of the city core.
• Work with outside businesses to encourage site selection and investment in Brockton while maximizing financial investment, job creation and revenue growth. Provide extra attention to targeting businesses that may be most successful in Brockton’s less developed city core.
